The Apartments

Originally built as a Victorian hotel circa 1844, Salty Holidays now comprises 5 self catering holiday apartments, each with its own parking and independent access and with a separate lounge, kitchen, bedroom(s) and bathroom(s).

All apartments are decorated with a nice coastal theme and have wi-fi, Smart TV, a dvd player and a fully equipped kitchen. Beds have comfy mattresses and puffy pillows and duvets. Crisp white bed linen and towels are all provided.

We have a selection of games, toys, books and magazines, a laundry room, and there is also a small garden overlooking the sea for guests to use. Some apartments have their own private balcony (4 & 5). All apartments have their own parking space.

Our sea view apartments are all priced for 2 people using the double bed, however there are additional bunk beds and an American style double wall bed in the lounge to provide an extra sleeping area up to 4 people if required. The fully sprung double wall bed is made up for your use and is folded back against the wall and concealed in a cupboard (apts 4, 5, 6 and 7). *Bunks and wall beds incur an extra charge.

We welcome well behaved dogs in some of our apartments (5, 6 and 7).

Ventnor is hilly and there are lots of steps to all the apartments, hence the accommodation not suitable for those with mobility problems.

Apartment 3 - Seashell

This spacious apartment has 3 bedrooms, kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room, lounge and seperate diner. Situated on a split level at the rear of the building it does not have sea views. No dogs allowed in Seashell apartment.

Please note that whilst we have fast WIFI in the rest of the building, we sometimes struggle to get good speeds in all areas of this apartment due to the very thick Victorian walls in the property.

In the apartments we provide:

- bed linen and towels (but please bring your own beach towels)

- tea, coffee, sugar, milk and biscuits on arrival

- salt and pepper

- tea towels, washing up liquid and dish cloths
